1 ½ oz. Doc’s Favorite Whiskey 
3/4 oz. maple syrup 
1 oz. egg white 
Fill shaker with ice, add ingredients and shake. 
Run lime wedge around glass and rim with smoky salt or sugar. 
Strain shaker into glass
