Our tasting room is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 12 until 5 PM.

The Distillery offers tasting to anyone who wishes to purchase them. They are 50 cents each and are a quarter oz per tasting. The state government mandates that each person can only be served 4, quarter oz tastings per day. So, if you would like more, you will have to purchase a bottle — or two!

They love our Whiskeys and Rums!

My dad and I stumbled upon this distillery in Perry, and WOW what a great hidden gem. Kenneth and his wife gave us an amazing tour of their operations and we were truly impressed. Being that it is local to Perry, I was surprised to hear they also buy local from Northeast Ohio! I highly recommend Doc’s Favorite whiskey. Expect me back, Doc!

Neat small business distillery, just opened. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and are crafting some great whiskeys and rums. Stopped in and took the tour (very detailed and interesting) and tried their wares (max 4 tastes per person, 50 cents per taste) and bought a few bottles (max 2 per person). Well worth the time.

Excellent distillery! The whiskeys are all good quality. Still relatively young so the business is rather small but has that start-up passion and excitement. Definitely stop in and get a quick tour.

This place is awesome! Free, in-depth tour of all the behind the scenes work at Doc Howard's distillery by Doc (or Doc's wife). Clean facility, easy to get in and, of course, great booze! Friendly, knowledgeable and fast staff; a great place to stop.
