56 weighted oz sweetened condensed milk
48 weighted oz evaporated milk
24 weighted oz cream of coconut (one w good fat content)
4 tsps. vanilla extract
4 tsps ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
750ml (1 Bottle) Doc Howard’s Distillery Spiced Rum
Ground cinnamon sticks (used for garnish if serving individual drinks (2 sticks) or if bottling (1stick)

Add first six ingredients to saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to simmer, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Add Doc Howard’s Distillery Spiced Rum and stir to combine.
Transfer to sealable bottles and the 1 cinnamon stick. Seal and store in refrigerator.
If serving Serve over ice in rocks glasses. Garnish each glass with 2 cinnamon sticks even a sprinkle on top of ground cinnamon if you like.
