½ single serve lemon-lime drink mix (We used Sunkist) ¾ oz. Doc’s Maple Whiskey
¾ oz. Doc’s Corn Whiskey
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. Mountain Dew
One scoop vanilla ice cream
Rub rim of glass with a slice of lime then dip in red sugar. Then mix the first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
Put one scoop vanilla ice cream (lime sherbet makes it even more Grinchy) into the glass and strain the shaker on top.
