One part strawberry puree (we used a food processor and blitz one pint of strawberries and pushed thru a fine mesh strainer)
One part simple syrup ( 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, bring to a boil and let cool)
One part Doc’s Corn Whiskey
Lemon juice to taste
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Pour in a glass and garnish with whipped cream and strawberry slice.
