2 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. Doc’s Spiced Rum
1 oz. Rum Chata
1 oz. caramel topping
In an ice filled shaker combine all ingredients and shake it a lot. No, more. Even more. It takes a bit to get the caramel to combine with everything else. Pour in a shot glass that you can rim with festive sprinkles using caramel to get then to stick.

A day filled with whiskey tastings, raffles, appetizers and treats to celebrate one year under new ownership.
